The tools run in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us. The bloodborne pathogens checklist saves which boxes you ticked in this browser's localStorage (key sitlist-bbp-v1) so you can come back later. Use Clear checkmarks or clear site data to remove it.

If you turn on Machine sound, we save that choice (key sitlist-sound-v1) in this browser's localStorage so it stays on or off next time. The sound is generated in your browser and nothing is sent to us.

If you join the waitlist, we store your email and the role you pick, using our host's form service (Netlify Forms), only to email you about Sitlist.

If you subscribe to The Sitlist Monthly, we store your email and optional role (via Netlify Forms) only to send the newsletter. When we start sending, your email will also be held by our newsletter sending service for that purpose only. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.

If you send a feature nomination, we store what you enter (whether you're nominating yourself or someone else, whether they're an artist or piercer, the artist's name, shop, city, portfolio link, your email and your consent) via Netlify Forms, only to review the nomination and contact you or the artist about it. We don't publish a feature without the artist's agreement.

We keep waitlist and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and nominations for up to 12 months after review. Form entries are stored by Netlify Forms (our host) until we delete them.

We never sell your information. Ask us to delete it any time by emailing keenedigitalstudio@gmail.com.

If we add advertising or partner links later, this page will be updated to say so before they go live.
